Voice Lessons
Ms. Katie Tupper is a voice teacher who believes in nurturing and safely developing the voice to its fullest potential. Her lessons focus on vocal technique that will improve range, endurance, repertoire, tone, agility, musical interpretation, and confidence. She strongly believes that each voice is unique and through style exploration, one can find naturally where the voice fits. Ms. Tupper believes in teaching her students in an encouraging and positive way, without using intimidation. As an official member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing), she teaches under a strict code of ethics.
- EXPECTATIONS:
Please bring 2 blank tapes with you to your lesson (1 to record your lesson, and the other to leave with me to have accompaniment recorded for your next lesson). At an additional cost, an accompanist for your lesson may be arranged (depending on avail.). - FIRST LESSON:
Please bring cash or a check for your desired lesson length, your schedule, and two contrasting songs to sing (with sheet music) for singing a cappella or with a taped accompaniment. - LESSON OPTIONS:
- 30min - $35
- 1 hr - $80
- Please read the student policy and contract.
- If you are a new student, please print out the student policy and bring it to your first lesson.
